Yin and Yang, Alpha and Omega, from North and South and back. Opposing and complementary poles, Alex and Mirko are highly thought of as the leading exponents of a new trend in advertising which is revolutionizing the world of marketing and media. In 2004 they founded NinjaMarketing.it, the first blog/observatory on non-conventional marketing. They are both strategic & creative directors of Ninja, jonin, lecturers in creative marketing in various Italian universities and co-authors of the best seller “Marketing non-convenzionale: viral, guerrilla, tribal e i 10 principi del marketing non-convenzionale”, Sole 24 Ore publications.

Luca Magnoni

Designer, musician, journalist and digital artist, from the very beginnings of this avant-garde trend he has been contributing to and affirming the validity of digitalization as a means of expression and communication. In 2004 he joined the management of the national periodicals Computer Arts and Computer Arts Special, helping them to become points of reference for Italian creativeness and talent scouting. He is a High Priest of the "live-at-home-‘til-you’re thirty-something” brigade, as well as the creative & design director of Ninja.

Luciano Massa

Half peasant from Puglia and half Milanese yuppie, he is a creative spirit who became attracted to marketing. He is the mega executive producer/director of the group.

Luca Leoni
(content management director)
Born in Bari, he was kidnapped by unscrupulous Milanese marketers some ten years ago. He is a musician, ex-archaeologist, producer, lyric writer for the web and for TV. He has written commercials for Three, Telecom Mobile, Renault, Blinko, Danone and Ferrero and today directs the content produced by the Ninjas in his capacity as content management director.

Fabrizio Loveri

Having grown up with a passion for drawing, Fabrizio always followed his interests in the sphere of art and design. In 2002 he received his diploma in Graphic Design from the Accademia di Comunicazione and became a Terminator cyborg. After a lengthy period of continual evolution and experimentation “in the field”, he joined the Ninja LAB clan as the graphics director in 2008. It is his task to preserve the magic and the poetry of the visuals created by the Ninjas.

Giancarlo Catucci
(account manager)
Native of the Milky Way, multidimensional traveler, a knowledgeable practitioner of the most innovative techniques of mystical and media communications, extra-sensorial marketing, cosmic interaction, extra-terrestrial networking and black hole sharing. He is on a mission from Godlike beings on Earth to weave cosmic laws of the Universe into the subject of marketing and then restore it to human frequencies. As a disguise he is the account manager.

Francesca Albrizio

Better known as La Franza, she was born in the Mediterranean and then moved to Milan after graduating in Economics and taking a Masters qualification which catapulted her into the world of new technologies. For over ten years she has shuttled between music, marketing techniques, social networking, travelling and good cuisine. Her weapon of choice are high-heeled shoes ! She is the PR manager of the Ninjas.

Simone Tornabene

Better known as Mushin, he has developed a deep interest in Zen, green tea and tai-chi. He turned his back on a secure academic career to launch himself, with a smile playing on his lips, into the sea of the Net where, in fact, he lives and works, unencumbered by knowledge of the distinction between the two. He believes that life is a collective dream and feels it his sacred mission to help people become aware of ways of avoiding dreams becoming nightmares. He is the Web Strategist of the Ninjas.
